Just minutes from River Street and the Historic District.

Is this within walking distance of River Street?
We are a short drive from the riverfront. Rideshare makes the trip quick and easy.

Where do we park?
We offer FREE onsite parking for all guests.

• A small lot directly in front of the building

• A large additional parking lot just past the building

Directional signs will guide you when you arrive.

How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.

 

Tickets & Entry

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Yes. Many nights sell out and online tickets guarantee your entry time.

Do you use timed entry?
Yes. Timed tickets keep the experience moving and reduce wait times.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available date with advance notice.

What happens if I arrive late?
We will try to place you in the next available time slot, but entry is not guaranteed on sold-out nights.

How long does the experience last?
The full walkthrough takes approximately 15 minutes.

Is it guided?
No. It is a self-guided immersive walkthrough.

Is it indoors or outdoors?
The attraction is indoors and operates rain or shine.

Scare Level & Age Recommendation

How scary is it?
Very. Expect:

• Live actors

• Sudden scares

• Loud sound effects

• Fog and atmospheric lighting

Is it appropriate for children?
Recommended for ages 10 and up. Parental discretion advised.

Do actors touch you?
No. This is a no-touch haunt.

Can I leave if it’s too intense?
Yes.  Clearly marked exits exist throughout the attraction that will lead you out.

Are there strobe lights or loud noises?
Yes. The attraction includes:

• Strobe lighting (in some areas)

• Low lighting

• Fog effects

• Loud sounds

Guests with heart conditions, seizure disorders, or sensitivity to intense environments should use caution.

Is it safe?
Yes. The attraction is monitored by trained staff at all times.

 

Personal Effects

Can we take photos or video inside ?
No photography or video is allowed inside so everyone can stay immersed in the experience.

Are bags allowed?
Yes, but we recommend bringing minimal items.
